Job Summary
Large food manufacturing facility seeking a Maintenance Manager to own the maintenance department and lead reliability, safety, and team performance. Reports to the Engineering Manager.
Scope
- 60-65 maintenance employees
- 11 direct reports (supervisors, planning, inventory)
- 24/7 food processing operation
Responsibilities
- Full ownership of maintenance operations
- Lead supervisors and hourly trades
- Drive PM/PdM, uptime, and RCFA
- Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, QA, and EHS
- Budget, parts strategy, and capital input
- Safety and regulatory compliance
Requirements
- Engineering degree
- Food manufacturing experience
- Experience leading maintenance teams at similar scale
- Background as Maintenance Supervisor, Assistant Maintenance Manager, or early-career Maintenance Manager
- Strong engineering and reliability foundation
Compensation
- Base: $110K-$135K
- Bonus: 15%
- Profit sharing:
6% (401k)
- Full, hands-off relocation
